Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Personalized or hygiene-related items (e.g. socks, underwear) cannot be returned unless defective.
Refund Options
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will refund the full amount paid using the same payment method you used at checkout.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
Guarantee
All products are covered by the statutory 2-year warranty period under Estonian law. If a product fails during this time due to manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund the item as necessary.
